Southwest Eye Care began in Chaska in August 2005 and has recently expanded into the communities of Norwood and Glencoe.

Our optometrists, Dr. Amy Freed, Dr. Chris Freed, and Dr. Chad Dockter, offer comprehensive eye examinations and treatment of eye diseases with the most updated technology for their patients.

Each of our clinics have opticals that provide a wide variety of frames for people of all ages. We carry
many different designer brands as well as the “bendable-twisty” frames made of memory metal from our
Flexon line. Other frame options include sunglasses, safety frames, spring hinged frames, sports
frames, and prescription swim goggles.

Our certified opticians will review lens options that will fit your needs. We offer the latest technologies in
lens materials, including progressive lens bifocals, lightweight lenses, anti-reflective lenses, safety lenses, sports lenses, transition lenses, ultra-violet protection, and various tints.
