Peace Villa offers Independent Senior Living. The Villa is owned by Peace Villa, Inc., a non-profit corporation established by our community in 1978.

We offer 61 spacious one and two bedroom apartments. Each apartment features a full kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), private bath including a shower, and ample closet space.

Rents include emergency pull cords, secured entry system, paid swer and water, snow removal, trash removal, courteous and friendly staff, community room with full kitchen, well maintained grounds, and a social activities calendar.
